Cematrix continues to look promising... bidding looks solid and moves in readily... selling appears to consist of traders of which as they disappear will pull the bidding up...
MACD when above the trigger line can be used as a consolidation indicator (which in this case indicates a consolidation in progress) and with the stochastic very oversold.. suggest support should be in this area... ............11 cents! With the low volume... we still remain just above the breakout point of .09 to .10 cents... It is unlikely for the near term that lower prices will be seen as there are no sellers apparent to make it so. I have seen some very large purchases move in at the .10 and .11 cent area.. but so far the ask side is not reflecting any shares up for sale as a result...
We are looking for an absence of selling by large institutions... this allows for an orderly rise of share price through bidding action. This type of ambient atmosphere allows stocks with solid speculative fundamentals related to sentiment trading to rise and establish trend... the field of stocks is placed in the Stockcharts Public Watch List.
Finding stocks is accomplished by scanning for certain criteria that produces a large field of prospects out of which only the best looking are selected, and moved to a Level II platform where they are watched in a research list... From there they can be researched using tools provided that filter out plays that have not developed answers to the topics listed below...
Not all of the topics can be answered all of the time, however every attempt is made to cover them all.
